Just an Update
Well, I've been doing some minor administrative stuff for Afterlifebooks.com since inheriting it from a friend who was no longer able to access and maintain it for the owner.
Otherwise, pretty quiet.
I've received some new training that will open up the types of work I can do, so that's a good thing.

Woe(fully negligent) is Me
Ok, so I've been a little remiss in my duties to keep this thing up to date. That's just the way it goes. I have a full time job and a life to keep track of. I can't be making sure I'm writing something here all the time.
Besides, there isn't that much to tell. I've done a little work, but not very much. I've been offered more from other sources, but they tend to be more interested in siphoning my knowledge than actually sending things my way as far as work goes.
Ah, well, so be it.
I am married now, though.

On My Way
OK,
So, I finally got my business name officially registered and everything with the state. It's on file with the Secretary of State's office.
I also got myself a P.O. Box to use for business purposes. And I opened a bank account to keep my consulting money separate from my regular employment money.
I finished the first official consulting gig I got. That was fun.
There's a lead on a new one with someone I've been working with, so it'll be nice if that pans out.

Not much to say
