Compatibility Coefficient Increased
OK. I finally got around to making the modifications that should allow the site to look right in Internet Explorer.
Don't get me wrong, I still think Firefox is a much better browser and I continue to use it as my main browser. But, I decided that if I'm going to purport to be able to do this stuff professionally, I had to start with my own site. So I did.
Generally, there have only been a few changes to the look and feel. I moved a couple things around and changed the way a couple things load and display. That's about it. I fixed some z-index problems on some of the CSS objects, too.
